There will be nothing peaceful about it. Remember to always follow the money. This involves more money than we could ever even imagine
Example, the War on Drugs.  Its been a massive success, for those that are making money off it, it was monetized and will never go away. Our jails have become privatized, the courts send people to programs that benefit them directly, the cops all get their cut, think asset forfeiture. Same with DUI's and many other things

There is a reason Biden pardoned the cash for kids Judge.

The federal budget will not be balanced if spending is over 20% of the GDP.

But tax cuts increase the deficit, right?

totally constitutional and legal

The President  as in the Chief Executive has absolute authority ( and can appoint people to assist) to do so ....   audit /control/suspend eliminate

You just described an absolute monarch. Was the US constitution not specifically written to prevent exactly this?

No. The Executive only has complete control over one third of government.

If this administration's objective is really to lower debt, why does Trump want to raise the debt-ceiling? 🙂

Stupid question. The USA still needs to pay the cheques written by Biden.

Stupid reply. It's to finance tax cuts.

And because Biden-Yellen sold about $10T in short-term bonds that come due in the next 2-6 months, higher interest rates will increase the deficit further.

Nothing Trump is doing will have any short-term effect and reducing the deficit.

Incorrect. The debt ceiling must be raised to service Federal obligations due to a large inherited deficit.

If it's not raised the USA will default on it's debts with catastrophic consequences.

Stop posting utter lies.

For a long time the US was looked up to as that "beacon on the hill." When any country was in need, the US was ALWAYS the first on the scene to offer a helping hand because it had more than enough and was willing to share. As a result, many allied relationships were formed.

During the previous waves of immigrants the federal government was tiny, there wasn't even an income tax then! The worst an immigrant could do is go broke and become a beggar or go back home. Today they have numerous government funded programs they can attach to and drain the tax payers.

Finally the immigrants back then were coming from Europe, not 3rd world countries which use government services at a higher rate than the native population.

Billions of people in the planet so it's crazy to think the US can support and unlimited number of the worlds poor.

He's just being childish. You can't call it trolling as you need wits to be a troll and he's not at the races in that department.

So that absolves yourself from that label.

I'm still amazed DEI Harris got as many votes as she did.

How could brainwashed Americans resist the first black, Indian, woman president? So many boxes ticked! Maybe if she was crippled that would have taken over the finish line.

And until about 50 years ago, the people that came wanted to assimilate and be Americans. Now the left wants them to be small tribes of an underclass that live in ghettos, cleans their toilets and keep them in power.

I've seen too many "Americans" flying Mexican flags. People are starting to  pay attention.

Here's a very American scene. A Somalian woman voted in to congress by other Somalians. Just as the founders intended.

Sure! That's why Republicans intend to do both simultaneously, and  to raise the deficit by around the same amount as tax cuts! It's pure coincidence!

"WASHINGTON (AP) — House Republicans released a budget plan Wednesday that sets the stage for advancing many of President Donald Trump’s top domestic priorities, providing for up to $4.5 trillion in tax cuts and a $4 trillion increase in the debt limit so the U.S. can continue financing its bills."

Taxes are not a zero sum came. Cutting taxes and regulations will spur the economy much more effectively than Bidenomics dumping $2T into the country, growing the government and allowing millions of illegal aliens to flood into the county.
