Do you tend to shun donning Hi-So fashion during the Hot Season in Thailand?

I hate shopping in malls.

I hate shopping.

Best to fabricate one's own clothes.

Agree.

Seems like too much work to me. (Not a criticism)

I must be the laziest shopper in the world, I buy online, and for example, I buy one Polo shirt I like the look of online, and if it turns out to be OK I then order 20 of them in different colours.

Same with shorts etc, I just bought 25 pairs.

Trousers I bought ten pairs online.

Shoes five pairs, that way my clothes shopping is very infrequent.

Now making one's food at home in Thailand using Australian beef for example and fresh veg is much better than eating out.

  • Ties don't really go well with a Chang wife-beater, beer stained cargo shorts, and flip-flops. But I'll give it a crack.

  • Regardless of how hot the weather is, and unless I'm jogging, I always wear long trousers and a buttoned shirt with collar.  I don't even possess a pair of shorts, flip-flops etc.  I have several ties

  • I wear clothing suited to the climate, mostly purchased for me in a second-hand shop by my GF.   I don't give a damn about fashion. IMO the people who do are as shallow as a mud puddle.

I did the same.

I will not need to go clothes shopping until the day I die, even if that day might occur in the year 2525.

Also, most days, I just walk around naked.

So, even by 2525, I might still have clothes yet unworn.

The days are long gone when I was a true clothes horse.
