I am worried I may have this  prob ,I am already taking GORD meds ,but have bloating stomach ,but not sure ,how do I know what to do?

Pains are bad at night, so raised my pillow ,,

was taking nexium , now taking lansoprazole 30mg

my gut biome could be bad

What are the red flags of a hernia?

 

 

Inguinal hernia signs and symptoms include: A bulge in the area on either side of your pubic bone, which becomes more obvious when you're upright, especially if you cough or strain. A burning or aching sensation at the bulge. Pain or discomfort in your groin, especially when bending over, coughing or lifting.

Inguinal hernia and hiatal hernia are entirely different things.

 

That said , no reason to assume you have a hiatal hernia.

 

I suspect that when you say you have "bloating stomach", you actually have a distended abdomen.  Which would not be relaed to a hiatal hernia but could be many other things. 

 

Together with recent blood in your urine, these could be serious signs.

 

You need to stop googling and see an actual doctor.

Alcoholic Gastritis? You don't mention your symptoms except for bloating and pain so could be many things. Go to a doctor. If you're on the booze (cigs?) everyday stop for a while.

Easy answer for your question. STOP PLAYING DOCTOR AND GO AND SEE A REAL DOCTOR ASAP...
