Yellow book and moving

If I sell my condo and move residence to a new condo I buy can I change the address in Yellow book or do I need a new one?

My book has only one page for the property address (page 1), all the other pages are to record the people that live there.  Guessing a new book is needed, and the old one in theory should be updated to remove you from it.
