RE: Changing SS monthly payment from US bank to Thai Bank
I have been getting my SS payment sent directly to my US bank for the last twelve years (direct payment). I have been using my bother's US address for my bank address since they don't appear to allow accounts with a foreign address (I live in Thailand now) So far, no problems. Even with recent dodge stuff I have received my payments right up to May, 2025. But I am seriously thinking of going through with the cumbersome steps of having my payments made to a bank in Thailand. But with all this dodge stuff, I am a bit wary as any glitch might cause a delay in payments and result in lots of paperwork, emails and tel. calls to make sure my payment makes it to my Thai bank account. If anyone who gets their payments made to a Thai bank and would be willing to share their experiences of what was involved in making the change it would be greatly appreciated. Kind reagrds. -

Will you be getting boosted now that Covid is back in the headlines in Thailand?
Yeah... i have been upgraded to having hypertension. Within a month of the vaccine I noticed elevated heart rate and blood pressure. I am the type of person that never went to doctors in the past because i almost never got sick or had health problems. Since the vaccines i have found myself having to go to the hospital regularly. I am sure the connection is accurate. But those who choose to believe something different will never accept any negative reports about it. -

Toxic Truth: Why Kennedy’s Concerns About Chemicals in Food Deserve Serious Attention
You can't be serious. Anyway, you're entitled to your opinion about Kennedy. Some of us know he's absolutely right about a lot of things. And if I were you I'd revisit whatever you think you learned in a "nutrition course" you once took. For example, the so-called "Food Pyramid" was based on questionable data and is likely wrong. You can probably guess who subsidized the research for the study. If you're still healthy at age 75, you should probably credit good genes, for the most part. Many people aren't so lucky and can't get away with eating junk, yesr after year. Have you ever tried one of those "Face Age" AI apps? They have consumer versions and medical versions. The medical versions supposedly give accurate results within 4 years. The consumer versions are supposedly less accurate, but are usually not that far off. Try it sometime, and see what AI thinks about your biological age. I tried a couple recently. I'm about to be 74 and still have all my hair. One AI app said I was 63, the other said I was 57. Maybe they're just trying to make people feel good, but probably not. Some people just have good genes and don't age so quickly. I think I was about 43 the last time I got carded trying to go into a bar. -

Report Mobile Networks to Broadcast Disaster Test Alert Today!
Why is that creepy. That's how disaster alerts are supposed to work - if you elect to receive them. I read somewhere they work if the device is turned off also!
