Ok, so seeking recommendations for a good ENT specialist in Pattaya.

Whether in any of the hospitals or even private clinic in Pattaya.

I have seen a few on what, they say, appears to be an issue with sinuses, and had all the various tablet and saline washes etc etc, but it now seems to be progressing to lung/breathing issues.

Now whether this is related to the sinus issue or bad air issue or a separate issue altogether need to find someone that is competent to assess the issue and not just jump to "hear take these few tablet, it is only a minor issue!"

An ENT would not be best choice for a pulmonary or cardiac  issue. Can you clarify what you mean by "lung/breathing issue"?

Well, seems to have started with sinus issues, constant nose issues (running nose, irritated nose etc etc, and chronic cough after getting COVID about 2 or 3 years ago.

Now the cough and severity of problems comes and goes, but always there in background.

Lately cough has gotten worse and now have days of tightness in lungs and days when not. Almost like someone has clamped a tight bandage around whole chest!

Always worse in morning when wake up, as takes about half and hour if coughing and expelling phlegm for lungs to settle into an operation mode!

Also have wheezing issues if been out without a mask to help keep various airborne pollutants filtered a little, or if burning in village is to much!

I use to smoke, but gave up about 15 years ago.

I had a ear infection in 2022  that was different than any previous ones, and it didn't respond to Amoxicillin, which always worked on the other type. It also didn't respond to a different antibiotic a Doctor at the Loma Clinic gave me.

I ended up going to Dr Nikom Mee-In, an ENT at Pattaya-Bangkok. He did a great job fixing me up. In addition to the infection It turned out I also had a hole in my eardrum.

From your description I think you'd do best to see a pulmonologist.
