Yes, I know this topic has been done to death! But...

I know I report 90 days after my last 90 day report. My extension date doesn't enter into it.

However, I want to know if

1) I can just continue to submit my 90 day report ONLINE after my extension, or

2) BY MAIL, if required, or

3) (least preferred option) IN PERSON (that would be a drag)

Second topic.

Is CW requiring a householder's form these days? Forgot, what's the form number? I know it's online but I screwed it up.

Thanks to all...

Typically, the "in person" 90 day report is only required for the first report after the first extension.

Subsequent extensions do not require in person reports.

Where?

Yes, should not be any problem with that. Proceed doing it online, with the new 'permitted to stay until date'  from your recent extension.

Not sure what you are referring to.

If doing 90 report online then TM47 is not required.

Nor is TM30.

In person just TM47 required + they may require something to show address. Most would just provide previous receipt of report.

Alternatively a TM30 or lease should be enough.

Via mail just the TM47.

No TM30 required.

Here is immigration link outlining required docs etc ....

https://www.immigration.go.th/?page_id=1648

In reality some/many offices would just require passport and filled in TM47.

I generally take along the kitchen sink that includes either previous TM47 receipt or lease.

You mention blue book?

Staying with wife?

I listed all possible required docs for CW in this thread

Yes. Chiang Wattana. I'm a little thick: what's the difference btw TM30 & TM47? TIA!

The TM47 is the actual 90 day report notification form.

That's 100% needed.

The TM30 reports your address.

Currently you do a new one after travel abroad upon reentry.

I last did a 90 day report in person at CW and did not provide a TM30.

If you do the report online best to do it 15 days early.

Have you previously done reports online? The magnifying glass symbol can autofill after you enter pp #

Here is link for online reporting

Here is link to download form.

Check, thank you, Doc. I've filed TM30 online 15 days early with magnifying glass all along. A few have been rejected for unknown reasons, so resorted to mail.

So far, no TM47 required. Weird--this esentially duplicates TM30.

I believe the 90 day report requirement will start from the date of extension not from the date of your previous 90 day report.

Just make sure you know the window for filing online for Bangkok.  They only accept online entries from 15 days before your due date through 7 days before your due date.  If you try to submit online 6 days before your due date, they will reject your application and force you to go in person.

It should be 7 days AFTER due date but I am sure that was just a slip of the pen (or should that be key these days🤔)

The guy you quoted was referring to online reporting.

Up to 7 days after is grace period of reporting in person

90 day reporting is not related to extension.

The OP is dealing with CW.

The clock for report will be (due date) will be on previous receipt.

Of course if someone exits Thailand and reenters that resets count.

Wow good job you spotted that one. I assumed that when you present yourself at CW with TM30 etc for the extension that would reset the clock. It seems not.

I'm aware that some immigration offices do the 90 report when you attend immigration for annual extension.

Almost as a service.

Places such as CW actually have 90 report desks. Separate from extensions.

My most recent extension was Nov 5 and my report window was open.

After doing the extension (with appointment) I then went to report section where I also had made an appointment to do my 90 report in person.

I know the reporting clock resets upon return to Thailand from a foreign land but does this mean you cannot use the online system for the first 90 day reporting after the return to Thailand i.e you have to go to CW in person?

Most reports indicate that the online application after travel abroad will be rejected.

As I understand it they wanted to sync TM30 with online reporting.

Obviously you could try and do it online.
