The breakdown is over the top and not quite correct!

Speaks of little experience with swimming pools.

Their price should read "starts at"

The picture in the advert is certainly not 199,900

I'm looking at buying a house with a pool. 5x10M with a liner over looks like a steel frame. The liner is rotted away with a portion ripped so I can see the frame. I have no idea if the pumps and all that are working. Like I told the seller, all I see here is a hole in the ground. Is this kind of thin liner common?

I don't have proper pics but any ball park figure for basically doing the entire pool over, including the equipment?

I don't even know if it's salt water or chlorine system.

Sounds like its an above ground pool put in the ground. Always a bad idea. They don't last long above ground.

You would be throwing money away trying to do anything with that.
