It's why I always advise my clients to consider real estate investment trusts on the stock exchanges as opposed to being an actual landlord dealing with actual people. Can't say for Thailand but it's dangerous these days to be a landlord collecting rent in Canada. ('Rent is Extortion' and 'Keep Your Rent' movements... Leftie funded)
