In Pattaya, they will keep throwing water even past 8pm.  Some places keep it up until 10 pm.  Rather annoying to get wet when your heading to an air cond. store.

In own apartment room. 

Stay put, and don't go outside during the day if you don't want to get wet.

 There's apartment buildings in Bkk where the water throwing goes on, full steam / full blast / all day in the corridors of the apartment building.

If only the forum software was reverted to original state then everyone could see

who gave whatever emojis  to anyone else and you could contact them by private message and have a big ding dong about it there instead of moaning about it in the public forums..but that's just what I think   for what it's worth ( not a lot)
