I am not wrong. You are not a lawyer and no have training in immigration lawyer, and yet here you are to  state that the  law schools and  specialist immigration attorneys, and courts have it all wrong. Everyone is a liar and wrong except you.

Try reading the statute. Tell me which "lawyer" says that entering the US unlawfully is not a crime. Show us a lawyer says: A person who violates 18 USC 1325 has not committed a crime.

Why dont you tell us LOL. Even smarter on your part would be to retire gracefully

It is all over the US News.

https://edition.cnn.com/2025/01/27/us/navajo-detained-ice-indigenous-immigration-trump/index.html

CNN —

At least 15 Indigenous people in Arizona and New Mexico have reported being stopped at their homes and workplaces, questioned or detained by federal law enforcement and asked to produce proof of citizenship during immigration raids since Wednesday, according to Navajo Nation officials.

The reports, which have caused panic amongst tribal communities in both states, come amid the Trump administration’s attempt to ramp up undocumented immigrant arrests nationwide and amass a larger force to carry out the president’s deportation pledge.

An official with the Navajo Nation says it appears once again Native Americans are being victimized in cases of mistaken identity as the Trump administration moves to crack down on alleged illegal migrants.

Show us where Jaywalking is a crime.

Consequences of Jaywalking in Texas
While jaywalking may not always result in a ticket, there can still be consequences for those who choose to cross the street illegally. In Texas, jaywalking is considered a Class C misdemeanor, which can carry a fine of up to $200. Additionally, jaywalking can also increase the risk of accidents and injuries, making it crucial for pedestrians to follow the law and prioritize their safety.

I gave you the courtesy of a polite reply when you  accused me of being a liar. THe  statutes were explained.

All that you can do is copy and paste from MAGA websites, and regurgitate  your ignorant political slogans and false claims. You are not convincing anyone, You are however, demonstrating your limited  education.  Have fun yelling into the wind.

Nothing is dodgy.

I provided an early news item from the Navajo Nation. The updated news several days laters has this statement;

We now know that Navajo people and enrolled members of other tribes are being detained in Phoenix and other cities by ICE,” Navajo Nation Council Speaker Crystalyne Curley said during a committee meeting on Thursday. “The reports that we have received indicate that we need to coordinate an operation or some type of response to help our enrolled tribal members here on the Navajo Nation.”

According to you the US Senate has it wrong too.

Illegal entry into our nation is a crime. You lied about that and then flamed when caught. Clearly you oppose the deportation of criminals. Keep digging your hole deeper.

You flame, and make false accustaions of lying because you cannot  put together a coherent  position. You offer misinterpretations of laws based upon what you see on websites that support your political opinions.

You are so dumb that you do not even realize that your own arguments discredit your positions and are contrary to the  process that is currently being applied by Homeland Security. The word dumb is appropriate because Homeland Security has been in many cases relying on the civil procedures to avoid having to respect the rights and duties that attach when there is a criminal case.

18 USC 1325. Unlawful entry into the USA is a crime. You lied about that, and continue to do so.

What is an illegal entry? There is an unauthorized entry. The Supreme Court has already offered its guidance.

No, I do not  oppose the deportation of criminals. That is your idiotic assumption. I support the deportation of criminals. I also believe in due legal process and in not sending people to foreign  concentration camps for indeterminate periods of time.

It is a slippery slope when  basic civil rights are ignored or suspended. It usually leads to a wider and wider  net being thrown. The sociopath Miller who has been orchestrating this campaign will at some point be stopped.

Are you really this foolish?

Where in the law does it state "Unlawful"?

Improper Entry is defined.  Where is it declared a criminal offence?

As per the Pew study I cited, an estimated 43% of unauthorized immigrants are violators of their visa. They entered the USA in a lawful manner.   You are now backtracking from labeling all unauthorized  immigrants as criminals to  trying to squirm out of your embarrassment  by referring to "unlawful entrants".

Yes, some  very bad people have entered the USA, and in some cases have been deported previously. Unfortunately, the immigration enforcement actions are not  specifically targeting these people. Instead they seem to be going after anyone  who is assumed to be an "illegal". Hence the increased reports of  hispanics being stopped and harassed. Too much of the activity is for show, and not for  a real impact.

Trump has put the gangs & cartels on the terrorist list, so that includes any members of those organisations.

Are you defending gang and cartel members or those that entered the US illegally?

Are most of these people already detailed in the US after breaking the law?

I have bolded these specific points to respond to .

Not for real impact? Again you show your support for terrorism. If one death of an American citizen or a crime against a poor American is prevented, is that not a real impact?

Stephen Miller is a sociopath? Can you share us who is diagnosed him as being a sociopath? Can you set forth examples of his behavior that demonstrate he is a sociopath? Can you give us your qualifications for diagnosing a person as a sociopath? Plus tell me how is he going to be stopped? He's an advisor to the president, who's going to stop him? Is your lot going to engage in violence against him, like you did twice against President Trump and are now engaging against Tesla?

Now as to your continued lie about 18 USC 1325, here with the important words bolded to help you out.

Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under Title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under Title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

Let's try analyzing it. An alien who comes in here unlawfully by eluding immigration or by crossing the border:

Shall be fined or inprisoned.

Isnt that easy? Read the law, cite the law, show the law, but don't lie about it. It reads what it reads. It says what it says and therefore it as a matter of law that each and every person who climbed over a border fence is a criminal. Criminal. Do it more than once and you're a felon. Unquestioned, unattackable, uncontrovertible, as immutable as the law of physics, if you climb over the Border fence you are a criminal. If you sneak under the board fence you are a criminal. If your swim across the river you are a criminal. If you fly over with an electric airplane kite you are a criminal. You have done nothing but go on page after page of lying about American law and supporting terrorists, but it's there and black and white, right there above you, and if you don't understand it, keep arguing because I'm not going to respond further. If any other American wants to point out your lies, they've probably read the law too but why bother, you will just continue to lie and lie and lie and lie and lie despite the fact that it's sitting there in black and white in front of your face. So typical of the Democrats

Not it wouldnt, what a stupid point.

Tourists are entitled to be here.

Immigrants are intitled to be here.

Illegal aliens are criminals ab initio and are not.

What part dont you understand? Clearly your utter hatred of the USA blinds you to reality.
