In a rapid police response, two teenagers were apprehended just hours after firing homemade guns at a rival in Bangkok's Lat Krabang area on March 25. Fortunately, the incident resulted in no injuries.

Police Lieutenant General Siam Boonsom, alongside Metropolitan Police Bureau officers, announced the arrest of 18-year-old Asanee Oo and a 16-year-old known as A. They were detained in front of a rented room in the Lat Krabang district, with two homemade firearms and a motorcycle in their possession.

Earlier, around 6:12 pm, Romklao Police Station received reports of a shooting outside a clinic on Kheha Romklao Road. An investigation team swiftly arrived, reviewed CCTV footage, and identified the suspects' getaway vehicle—a Yamaha XMAX 300—traced to Soi Romklao 25.

Confronted with CCTV evidence, Asanee and A confessed to the attack. They directed officers to their weapons and attire at a rented room, where police found a .38 calibre homemade revolver under a pillow and a shotgun on a shelf. An additional shotgun was hidden in a shop in Soi Romklao 25.

The suspects now face charges including attempted murder, illegal firearm possession, and carrying weapons in public without permission. They have been remanded to Romklao Police Station for further investigation and legal proceedings, reported The Thaiger.
