Does the U.S. Even Have Real Allies Anymore Under Trump 2.0?

Kudos to Trump for pointing out that there's a difference between allies and freeloaders.

Maybe a few of the freeloaders will start carrying their weight and become true allies.  If not, have we really lost anything that we actually had?

Not at all great trading partners. Did you look at the Import Expot details from each then?

Under the new multilateral paradigm, Trump has willing working partners everywhere not shown on the below map.

Florida really looks like a limp d**k, doesn't it. Which, considering the demographics, is totally appropriate, I guess.

Don't underestimate the Don. He's made a long and illustrious career out of effing things up.

OK, sure, well until then we have allies. Feel free to continue the hate America fest

Hate America? Not at all, and I challenge you to show me anything I've written which indicates that. I've met tons of Americans over the years, both in professional and social settings and gotten along with the vast majority of them just fine.

Now, do I hate Trump, his clown posse and the MAGA cult? Yes, I do.

Hate Trump voters too.?

Nope. I actually know a couple of Trump voters. As long as we stay away from politics we get along just fine.

Some years back, I remember reading a theory that America, already in decline from its best days, would need to let other regional powers rise. In other words, China would be the power influencing Asia-Pacific without any major challenges, the US would hold the power of influence over the Americas, Russia would also be a power allowed to do what it wants, and Europe would need to band together for their own good. It seems to me that Trump is putting that theory into practice. His threats to Canada, Panama and Greenland, seem to support this. And his relationship and attitude toward's Putin's aims seem pretty clear by now. Trump's position on China is not clear yet. He seems to be a bit hesitant there (maybe because of the US debt they could call in). Would Trump really go toe to toe with China if the latter invaded Taiwan? Maybe he'd hold back? Anyway, Trump could be in the early days of executing the regional power theory..

Why do people always devolve to exchanging personal insults when they can't Google some facts?

MTH (must try harder)
