Since trump took office the stock market has shed 2.5 trillion dollars are you tired of winning yet?I do have to admit that is an epic tank for his first 100 days in office…it surpasses the 23% he added to our debt during his first fiasco.ahhh all the winning!

The day after Trump’s tariff announcement, which revealed far heavier penalties on imports than were expected, U.S. markets saw their steepest decline in more than two years. So far, major stock indexes have dropped up to 5.6%, and stocks have lost around $2.7 trillion in market value.

well obviously the markets don't seem to think the economy is set to boom...2.7 trillion in one day?  hows that 401 k and retirement fund looking?  Wait til it also sends inflation through the roof...great job maga...u got anymore economic genius moves?

Oh that's right next is to cut staffing and eliminate govt agencies because a billionaire from south africa thinks you don't need people to answer those pesky questions about veterans benefits, medicare, social security....and who needs park rangers to keep national parks safe and clean?  Measles smeasles...grow a pair and tough it out...who needs vaccines and research?  Grandkid sent grandma a post card? Forget that as who needs the postal service to deliver it to grandma in podunk iowa?  Oh and when grandpa gets kicked out of the nursing home when medicaid no longer covers it be sure and fix up that spare bedroom so he can move back in with you.

Hint:  Next time check the resume of a man who actually figured a way to bankrupt casinos before you let him run wild with the economy and crap on allies with his look at how tough i can be routine.?

He's reaping the rewards of the Brexiteers who handed him the cards.

What rewards?   Trade barriers and customs checks with the EU have created disruptions in supply chains and increased costs for many UK businesses.   Restrictions on free movement of labor have made it harder for UK companies to hire the skilled workers they need

10% on exports to the US instead of the 20% that the EU has.

Imagine paying the EU billions and following all their stupid rules just to get a worse deal. That would suck.

So you save 10% now but spend a lot more on exports to a much bigger trading partner, the EU.

Excellent deal.

At the cost of the UK having tax laws dictated by Washington.

The UK a rule taker.

Don't be silly Chomps, that just means that UK goods are actually from the UK.

Standard stuff in such a deal.

I know it must hurt immensely to see another benefit of Brexit, and to see Britain get a much better deal with the US than the EU got, but please try to stay calm and logical.

You obviously aren’t aware that many manufacture products have content from multiple nations.

Perhaps you had turnips in mind.

That plus the additional expenses since there is no free trade anymore.
