ThT’s nothing more than an admission on your part that you know his deportation was an illegal.

The administration has admitted it was a mistake.

He's a citizen of El Salvador.  He's in El Salvador.

In 2019, 2 judges ruled he was a member of MS13, but they didn't deport him because he faced murder in El Salvador, which was the murder capitol of the world at the time.  It's not any more.  It's arguably the safest country in Latin America.

The Supreme Court ordered the administration to "facilitate" his return.  Bondi has offered to send a plane to pick him up.  El Salvador's Bukele declined sending one of his citizens (under his jurisdiction) back to the US.

Sticky wicket, but I think the guy's staying in El Salvador.  Great (though admittedly one sided) story about the meeting in the Gateway Pundit today.

I betcha the GP announces Illegal border crossings are down 90somethin

% ,as opposed to Cnn & BBC.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

He was an illegal alien, the court had decided he was a gang member and ordered him deported.

boo-hoo

I like this new approach to the MSM

oval office sit downs-when leaders come in.

Trump uses the AG, Sec State and

one of the smartest advisors on the planet , Steven Miller. The 4 of them

all combine made a mockery of

the leftest activist pretending to be

Journalist. Sickening they / them are sticking up for a terrorist!

Trump mentioned sending some of Americas subway crime purveyors there( people who push others in front of oncoming  trains).

Its a  Good idea!

Sorry-This guy is "ILLEGAL", MS-13 gang member that is designated as a terrorist group and deserves to be deported to spend a lot of time in El Salvador’s Cecot mega-prison. Better for U.S. Citizens safety that he remains there!!

Build more Cecot to help in Making America Safer.

He was in the country illegally, had immigration hearings and a was ordered deported.

I think they / them know that , most extreme leftest are ok with no borders.

That was the smartest decision one could make declaring the invading gangs ,Terrorist , it makes it much more difficult for the judge shopping social justice leftest  from finding loopholes in the system.

Another way to look at this is it gives trump a (fig leaf) to cover his refusal to obey the supreme court’s order in getting this guy back.

The Supreme Court did not order the administration to get the guy back.

If that what they said on Vox?

You missed out your usual "Socialist" and "left wing" cr@p in your abnormal "non" response to a post/question/answer by me and anyone else!

Go scroll up about 7 or 8 posts and re-read what you have posted!

He's been put in a hellhole but he should have nothing to worry about because his halo will protect him?

There is a scene in Papillion where the nun calls the police on him. He claims to be innocent and she replies that "If you are innocent God will watch over you and if guilty you get what you deserve."

They could tell this guys story to anybody thinking of illegally going to the USA..Bad things happen when you enter countries illegally. It's the classic FAFO scenario.

Oh well it seems like where ever you go there you are.

Bringing god into the issue only shows how little you understand about the US Constitution. Nowhere is God mentioned in it. The Founding Fathers abhorred the kind of comment you cited. They knew what that led to in Europe. So the question is, why do you hate America so much?

relax, I was just amused by the movie quote. I wouldn't read more into it than that. As always you can have the last word as i do not wish to talk to you at length.

Just goes to show that in the MAGA movement, cruelty isn't a bug, it's a feature.

It's cruel to kick illegal alien terrorist gang members out of the country. It's much kinder to invite them in and allow them to stay and wreak havoc on the citizenry and get them voting as soon as possible.

Perfect leftist thinking.

Most international leftest  always had a hard on for our country.

Unfortunately many are enjoying & love when Terrorist committed 9/11 or riot.

Things have gotten much worse since then , they / them are supportive of

the new Assassination Culture!

2 million known  got aways & 450,000 known criminal illegals to go!

You are wrong. You appear in a Courtroom with just that, you better be prepared.

But just so the Forum is clear, you are contending that the Constitution applies to illegal aliens, righ?

Well it clearly states that ""No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;"

This is the text of US Constitution, the highest law in the land. DO you agree?

EXPLAIN why I am wrong, do not merely say "I am wrong"

You should be prepared not matter what case happens to be in court.

"the Constitution applies to illegal aliens, righ?" What part of "NO PERSON" don't you understand? Illegal aliens are "Persons". Authors of Constitution were smart; they deliberately chose 'person" and not 'citizen". Seriously. Answer the question.

What argument could you make that illegal aliens are not persons?

It is actually rather kind of the El Salvadorean president to keep him. I wouldn't blame him if he said, "hell yeah, you want the gang banger back? He's all yours, I will have him on a plane tomorrow!"

He has not been "...held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime...", if he were, he'd be entitled to due process, even as an illegal alien.

But he was in the country illegally, the court had found him to be gang member and ordered him to be deported. Illegal aliens are not entitled to the same rights, including due process rights, as Citizens.

If an illegal alien committed a murder, and was tried for it, if found guilty, they would have to serve their sentence prior to being deported. If they were exonerated, they could still be deported.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi discusses deportation efforts under President Donald Trump on 'Hannity.'

A now-deported illegal alien accused of being an MS-13 gang member that was living illegally in Maryland has a record of being a "violent" repeat wife beater, according to court records filed in a Prince George’s County, Maryland, district court by his wife Fox News obtained the written domestic violence allegations filed in court against 29-year-old Kilmar Abrego Garcia by his wife, Jennifer Vasquez, in 2021.

In the filing, written in Vasquez’s own handwriting, she alleges Abrego Garcia repeatedly beat her, writing: "At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he [has] left me."

Vasquez alleged that Abrego Garcia punched and scratched her on her eye, leaving her bleeding. He also allegedly threw her laptop on the floor

Seems the guy some people love is total scum.  Good thing he will never be seen again.

What I don't understand is why >200 people , deported without the Constitutionally required due process, go to a prison in a foreign country?

If I am deported for being in Thailand illegally, I don't go to a SuperMax prison upon being returned to the States. I just go home.

Can some MAGAT explain that?

Still waiting.

Yagoda? Harrisfan? Sunny in Bangrak? Ted G? One More Farang? RCLag? etc.

Illegal aliens are not entitled to the same rights, including the same due process rights as Citizens.

As I understand it, they all had had deportation orders issued.

If an illegal alien committed a murder, and was tried for it, they would be entitled to due process, and if found guilty, they would have to serve their sentence prior to being deported. If they were exonerated, they could still be deported.

They were deported to their home country. It's up to their country of citizenship to decide what is done with them once they get home, not the United States.
