Don't see all the street dogs and cats with Songkran occurring.

 

Plus the water might wash away all the animal feces (dog, cat, bird) from the sidewalks. 

 

Are there any other noticeable Songkran benefits?

People were socializing face to face, not via cyberspace. They seemed to be having a good time. I witnessed no bickering or trolling.
