I have a problem about pain when walking on the heal of my foot. After recovering from a twisted ankle made it worse

Diagnosed with flat feet and plantar fasciitis. Anyone have any experience with this and recommendations about shoes exercise or any other method

Arch supports are th3 key.

You can get some shoes here with arch supports built in.,

Or you can buy stand alone arch supports. There are various types of these, many with little pads that go under the arch, I did nto find that as comfortbale or usefu; as simple elastic sleeve like this

There are also some places in Thailand that do custom made orthotics but you'd need to indicate where in Thailand yo uare

I am located in Bangkok.  Are walking shoes with arch support helpful and are there any brands recommended. Tried changing insoles but didn't help.

Yes shoes with proper arch support help.

In Thailand, some Dr Scholls have arch support. There are also some outlets selling orthotic shoes in Bangkok Hospital (ground floor passsgeway to the Food Court) and Bumrungrad (mezzanine).  Or these shops

You can buy insoles with arch support on Lazada. Worked for me

And get something with extra padding for under your heel.  I have insoles, and quite comfy.  Provide nice padding for the heel only, though thin layer all the to the toe, from LAZ, and inexpensive.

Name brand (forget) but green & yellow color, I think.
