Technically, you can never prove that someone is sleeping in a photo, as even if someone is laying down with their eyes shut, they might still be awake. Anything where someone tries to claim the photo shows more than it does, like you did. A photo only shows what is happening for the fraction of a second that the photo has captured. You can try it yourself. Watch a video of someone talking and pause it, advance frame by frame and you will see their face contort into all kinds of bizarre shapes and expressions. The photo you claim shows Trump sleeping would probably not prove to a court that he was sleeping. -

I don't get this. If anywhere people are speaking English it's a holiday resort. Most of Thailand speaks little to no English. It's the norm and should be expected. -

All of us foreigners have been foisted on them so what should they do now? Even going back 30 years none of these people would have ever dreamed on 40 million foreigners entering their country and they had no time to adapt when they were young enough to do so. You should be grateful for their service and years of experience at an affordable price. PS. Instead of be bothered by them take some action in your own life and learn Thai.
