10-15 eggs a day.

yeah, bodybuilders know all the tricks.

they were ahead of their time.

i remember going to gym many years ago and a bodybuilder told me he ate steak for breakfast and that time I thought he was nuts. but now I realize these guys don't eat like most people.

You know it is, that's why you said it. I recommend Peter McCullough's Spike protein detox programme (c.f. relavant thread).

10-15 eggs with the yolk removed

This is from a hospital web site in Bangkok.

Claiming that egg yolks help REDUCE the risk of heart disease.

But not sure how many egg yolks per day is good ....but they are not the CAUSE of heart disease.

My bp is usually a bit high but not dangerously so to cause a stroke

High blood pressure is a big factor, also could have undiagnosed PFO, 1 in 4 has one

I don't mind what a THAI hospital website says.

My comment was about Schwarzenegger, and all other professional bodybuilders, that they eat the eggs without yolk

Since when was Stallone a professional bodybuilder?

I deleted the post ... I knew you would debate it.

Of course he was a bodybuilder. Did you see his physique?

But at the end of this video, he even claims it's "unhealthy".

Ok, here we go. AI confirms what I just said.

Me arguing?

I asked you since when Stallone was a professional bodybuilder, which he never was or claimed to be, which doesn't mean he didn't visit the gym

You are bringing up "facts" that are debunked in your own links.

sorry, I wasn't trolling.

just juggling too many concurrent things at the same time.

there's an army of people putting out this fake research for decades.

good luck unbrainwashing people.

Yes. The drug companies selling anti-cholesterol medication make a lot of money from those drug sales. Why would they suddenly start telling the truth?

Anyway, I have friends who take those meds, but it's not my place to give them medical advice. So I don't.  I just send them a picture, once in a while, of the streak and eggs I have for breakfast.

It's too bad, though, what's happening. There's fraud just about everywhere you look. The entire "Food Pyramid" is wrong. it's upside down. The stuff at the top should be at the bottom. Or did they recently make some adjustments?

You can bet RFK Jr. has a few enemies at this point.  People working 24/7 to label him a "conspiracy theorist."

Lots of money is made selling people seed oils, processed food, ultra-processed food, high fructose corn syrup, chemical additives in their food, etc.  They don't care who they hurt in the process, so long as the $$$$ are there.

A doctor prescribes those drugs, and doesn't earn money from them.

I'm sure he knows the truth better than any anonymous poster on a forum

So it's your contention that doctors don't earn money from drug companies?  LOL

As for what doctors "know"?  Most of them go with the flow. They look at recommended treatments and follow the recommendations.  They have computers for that. The computers tell them what to do.  Most are incapable of thinking for themselves.  And that's the problem in a nutshell.

Still, not all is lost.  There are doctors who know better and who tell the truth.  Fortunately, no one has managed to shut them up.

As for anonymous posters on a message board?  In my case, I'm not giving anyone advice. Just discussing what some doctors have said.
