What is up with tattoos and tourists / expats here?

hardly anyone i know has a tattoo, but then i don't hang out with the low class, low educated, or anyone involved in the sex industry.

I personally don't like the look - but each to their own.

 

It's the tats on social media exposure putting it in viewers faces..it kind of feeds on itself, then so many get them these days...vs 'baddies' as the oldsters on here were brought up to think.
