Mate lets me clarify my situation.

through my own stupidity I removed 50000 from the bank 2 month  after the renewal of the visa . That’s my problem . The money was put back 2 days after the withdrawal. don’t ask .

For the last 10 or 11 years there has always been over a million in the account . For the last 10 or 11 years I have been submitting my visa extension no worries .  I not really interested in applying for a different visa . I stuff up and I just want to know the process to applying for another retirement visa . The current visa still has 10days before expiry yes I do have an in/out permit .

Hope I was able to clarify that a little better this time . Thank you .

Personally, I would go to  the office and explain the situation. There is a very slight chance that discretion may be used under the circumstances.

Until you ask, you do not know what the answer will be. And certainly none of us on this forum  will know either! Nothing ventured, nothing gained!

I second that. There is no downside - worst case scenario is they tell you what you're already assuming.

One thing immigration are strict on is the financial compliance.

You could run your situation past an agent eg @ThaiVisaCentre.

I'm not suggesting agent on going however that is an option.

BTW: 10 days remaining is getting down to the wire to consult an agent but still possible.

Your plan of border bounce and transition to Non O will work.

Suggest you do that with minivan border run company.

Here is link to one.

Assume that you didn't have another account with 50k balance.

I also messed up start of current extension as tgf dipped it below by 1500b.

Mention this for others to be aware that you can use two bank accounts.

As discussed in the thread, we agree that the best approach is for you to first apply for the extension on your own and explain your situation.

If that doesn’t work, you can then look into getting further assistance.
