The answer depends on a number of factors the main one being how much money in total you remit into Thailand in a calendar year where you are tax resident

I take it you are aware that if you do move, and inform the relevant authorities in the UK of said move, that your pension amount will be frozen at the date you move - IE no future increases unless you move back to the UK or another country with reciprocal rights. 

Theoretically yes since the Double Tax Agreement between the UK and Thailand does not cover the state pension.  (It only covers the pensions of government workers.)  In practice, however, I don't believe anyone has ever been taxed on it in Thailand.

 

Things may change if the Thai government moves to taxing world wide income, as has been proposed.

maybe, lots depends on allowances and how much you bring in, in a year when you are a tax resident, no tax is payable in a year when you are not a tax resident
