Please move to the appropriate forum.

I have used Lazada for may year (other online sites are available), but get so many messages and notifications from old & new Vendors, over 50 yesterday.

I have turned OFF all ticks in my account for notifications, have chatted many times with  ''Customer' service (555).

Are any of you other customers getting this, or how did you prevent the messages from coming Thanks

Assuming on your phone, simply disable the app, till you open to use.   Which I never do anyway, as do all shopping from laptop.  Only needed on phone to authorize wallet use or something.

I think the only notifications I get, maybe 1 a day, is from DTAC.  Strange as usually an add-on GB offer, which the system fails to notice, I don't need, as my promo is 10gb a month & 100 free calling minutes, and I rarely use my phone, unless O&A, and rare I'm ever below 5gb & 90mins free call still on the phone.

I don't even read 'em, and just slide to trash.

But if you don't use the phone app to order, you don't get the discounts and free shipping.

I expect 30% off using the app.

Just bought

9x packets of ginger nuts, 630bht ordered by pc, 409bht ordered by phone app. Saving me 220bht.

1500w stand mixer, 1,700bht ordered by pc, 1302bht ordered by phone app. Saving me 400bht.

THANKS ... so do my 'shopping' on laptop, then place order on phone 👍

Just have to save the item link, paste on phone, open via app, then place order.  I find the phone listings void of important information.  Besides using such a small device is simply annoying.

THANKS

No need to save the link, add to your cart on pc.

Checkout (after collecting all vouchers) on phone.

Here's one I just did, 1783bht down to 1302bht.

I do my "shopping" on their app, saving things to the wish list. Then I check these items on their regular website in my browser that has an online translator add-on so I can verify the specifics and confirm it's what I want. If it meets my needs, I move it to my basket, then use the app to make the purchase.
