The last time I looked, China was contributing zilch to Russia in its war with Ukraine, happily buying oil at discount prices, while paying for it in yuan.

Russia isn't giving them information so their figures are estimates which are guesses.

It's not guessing when satellites can pick out the maggots on Russian corpses, or count up the new graves in Russian military cemeteries. Then there is unofficial data from inside Russia, not everyone loves Putin like you do.

 

It takes a pretty twisted mindset to claim casualty figures are just propaganda, then evade posting any figures of your own. But that's what Kremlin trolls do.
