If you got the passport while inside the country I'm pretty sure they move the 'paper passport insert' over to the new passport when you transfer the entry stamp to the new passport. I did this once a while back.

If you get the new passport while out of the country then my guess if that you need to do it again with the new passport in order to get the 90 day report and if I were doing this I would take the old passport along with me and say 'nothing changed'....then see what they say.

You likely will not be able to file a 90-day report until you get a new TM30, as the passport number will not show that you've previously done a TM30.

Best that you ask your local immigration office, I think. Assuming that you obtained your new passport in-country, have you yet asked them to transfer existing stamps to it from your old passport?

Have got a new Passport last year, but no new TM30. Online 90 days still works perfect for me after first Report was done in person at Hua Hin Immigration.

I last year got a new passport at my Countries Embassy in Bangkok and went to Immigration to get the stamps transferred. I asked them about the Tm30 as well, they only asked if I live at the same address, which I acknowledged and they said no need. And they added only when you go abroad and come back you have to do a new Tm30.

As always TiT and YMMV

Ps: This was Buriram Immigration

I registered the Tm30 back in 2021 and I'm still living in the same rental. Recently, got a new passport, do i need to renew the Tm30?

I got a new passport earlier this year and did my 90 days/retirement about a month later, my TM30 is dated 2017 and I wasn't asked to do a new one.

My address in Pattaya remains the same as it was in 2017.

A few years back, but when I went to immigration to get the stamps transferred to my new passport I asked if they required another TM30 to be done. They said no. I have had no problems with online 90 day reports or extension renewals.
