This is what I go by.
Memory wasn't quite right, 140/180 is the smaller pumps and 200/260 for the larger.
A higher discarge capacity is required to maintain flow in the face of restrictions, which would include distance, additional elevation, piping, small diameter outlets etc. The nominal output allows for a certain amount of elevation.
a motorbike could slide 100m but perhaps would need to be doing a lot more than 80kmh, it really depends on a lot on the construction of the bike, but lets say it slid 50m he was still moving a quite a lick perhaps 120kmh, it matters not, the fact he didn't slow approaching a junction says a lot
When all the revisions go the same way in the runup to an election, do you figure there may be something else afoot? Glowing job numbers shouted from the rooftops, followed by a quiet backpedal when nobody's looking. The guy needed to be fired.
Since the cyclist has no rear-view mirror and that the other road users must see this and must be considerate accordingly, the excitement is incomprehensible. So he did nothing wrong!
