The Hero of the Dems is Back in the USA

I would like to see the full light shown on all proceedings as I recognize both: 1. that there may be grounds for charges (a citizen Grand Jury has handed down an indictment determining that there is enough evidence to warrant a trial ... that is all that an indictment means). 2. And I recognize that resistance against Garcia's deportation and being forced to undo trump's ordered "mistake" is a huge embarrassment for trump. There is a well documented history of trump ordering actions of vengeance against anyone who defies his will. I do hope the citizen Trial Jury will weigh the evidence carefully and that there is a great Defense Team of Attorney's willing to seek a solid defense based on the evidence presented in open court. Do keep an eye out for attempts to cherry pick the Judge by the administration ... I already have questions about the Tennessee filed charges when he was deported as a resident from Maryland.

Trump said he thought it would be "a very easy case" against Abrego Garcia, who he accused of having a "horrible record of abuse" of women.

Trump has been known to exaggerate from time to time. That said, dude apparently did beat up his wife at least a couple times.

I think if I were Dude, I'd be negotiating a plea.

Won't even bother to read this topic but I do have thoughts about this.

He is NOT the hero of the dems.

That's just stupid. Typical maga twisting of truth and reality.

The issue was that he was first deported without due process to a CONCENTRATION CAMP in El Salvador. While it is true he is El Salvadorean, the government there had nothing on him. Concentration camp meaning the intention is that all prisoners will never leave there alive.

He got lucky because of media attention and court cases highlighting the gross injustice of him being sent to a CONCENTRATION CAMP abroad without due process.

Because of media attention, the dictator of El Salvador at least moved him from the concentration camp to a regular prison there.

The maga fascist Trump regime was ordered to send him back the U.S.

Sooner or later they were going to have to do this because court appeals were done for them to not do it.

So great they sent him back but to face charges.

Sorry, but their tactic is obvious. This was done to SAVE FACE. Being forced to send him back they couldn't handle the propaganda loss of him being left in peace.

If there were legit charges they should have been filed YEARS AGO.

There is zero chance he will be given a fair trial under the current US justice system which is all about prosecuting all perceived "enemies" of the Trump regime and letting off and even PARDONING perceived friendlies.

All the sudden the left cares about the law.

The left did not care about the law when millions of illegals were allowed to flood into the country.

The 10-page indictment — filed in Federal District Court in Nashville in May and unsealed Friday — might also be an effort to save face: Bringing Mr. Abrego Garcia back to face criminal charges may allow the White House to avoid a broader legal confrontation that was increasingly headed toward questions of whether Trump administration officials should be held in contempt of court.

I don't believe that you don't understand this and if you really don't, waste of my time engaging anyway.

You never really answer anything with substance.

I only see it helping Trump.

He obeys the court as he promised, and it will be in the news (not your news of course) for months how this guy was a gang-banger and a wife-beater and is on video transporting illegals.

Really, how does it hurt him?

What a bizarre response. Are you really that dense?!? I never said what they're doing hurts Trump (to return and charge). I obviously meant if they had returned him AS ORDERED and then just let him be it would be a major propaganda blow to the Trump regime. DUH.

Yes, I am really dense. If I were I really smart I would cut my di*ck of and be a leftist.

I think he was returned as ordered.

I do not believe the court ordered that he had to be returned and allowed to remain in the US.

The guy is a criminal alien, a gangbanger, and a wife-beater. I do not think any of this is in dispute. Do you?

Why should he not be deported?

How could they just let him be? The guy is a major criminal. People smuggling is not cool. Dems really shot themselves in the foot again.

The incident was years ago.

If it was such an obvious crime and easy to prosecute, why didn't they even charge him years ago?

Duh.

They're charging him now with an obvious political agenda.

Their agenda was to deport and be done with him.

It was the left (and I do not mean the court) that for political reasons, wanted him brought back.

It is amusing how the left claims the court is in Trump's pocket, yet he seems to be ruled against regularly. What's up with that?

They didn't order them or drink them.

Don't tell me that you didn't know that.

It has only ever about attacking the Administration, stopping the deportations, and getting the flood of illegals into the country back going.

Sure, it was debunked Van Hollen, who claimed it was a setup.

Too funny

Ms. Bondi has said in a news conference that the timing of the Garcia indictment is basically the result of renewed diligent police work by the DoJ.

It also may be because Mr. Hernandez, who is now in custody at Fed Pen Talladega, AL, finally got to someone to say that Garcia was pulled over in TN 2022 in MY registered Chevy Suburban. Mr. Hernandez Is now CC-1 in the Conspiracy indictment.

My post from MAY 18:
And if the DoJ was at all serious about prosecuting Mr. Comey, AG Ms. Bondi should say to Trump: With all due respect, Mr. President, SHUT UP!

And today regards Garcia 'This should be a very easy case':

AG Ms. Bondi should say to Trump: With all due respect, Mr. President, SHUT UP!
