What do they call "Standing Order"

Featured Replies

Does anyone know what the Banking system here calls "Standing Order",  to transfer money monthly to family here?

I don't know about other banks, but with Kasikorn the standing order can only be set up for one year ahead and then has to be renewed.   I transfer money to my wife on the 1st of every month by standing order.  Once the December payment has been made I set up a new one for the year ahead.

Not an exclusively Thai banking expression. I have a monthly standing order with my UK bank to transfer funds to my Wise account prior to initiating Wise transfers to my Thai account.

On my SCB app when I make a transfer there is an option "Set a schedule"
