Now whats your thoughts on the current attacks on police and property ?

The current Los Angeles protests, sparked by aggressive immigration raids ordered by the Trump administration, began escalating after federal agents clashed with demonstrators, leading to the deployment of National Guard troops and Marines. According to reports, Los Angeles was relatively peaceful before these raids, with local police noting that protests remained largely nonviolent until federal actions intensified tensions. Governor Gavin Newsom and local officials have criticized the deployment as an unlawful overreach, arguing it sows chaos rather than restores order.

Compared to January 6, 2021, when Trump supporters stormed the Capitol to disrupt the certification of the 2020 election, the LA protests differ in cause and context. January 6 was a direct attack on democratic institutions, incited by false claims of election fraud and enabled by Trump’s inaction in deploying the National Guard. In contrast, the LA unrest stems from opposition to federal immigration policies, with protesters reacting to what they see as heavy-handed enforcement. While January 6 aimed to subvert a democratic process, the LA protests reflect civil dissent against executive actions, though both involve significant federal response and accusations of authoritarianism.

No oopsie on my part. Of course I had to change  the name to the current vice-president.

The LA protestors are hardly going to chant hang Mike Pence!

Ok if you say so.

What's going on now is far worse. Anyone saying otherwise is being disingenuous.

I have a pretty good idea of what trump is doing in MY country he’s fomenting violence as an excuse to declare an insurrection and martial law he wants to be just like his idol putin no more no less

So, you're saying it's Trump's fault there is violence in LA and elsewhere?  ICE is rounding up illegals who entered the country illegally.

Trump is cleaning up the Biden admin cluster fork.

He completely avoided the fact of his false statements regarding declaring martial law and went into an emotional frothy rant.

What exactly does this have to do with the current riots?

Thanks for your question.

It goes to show how stupid and fake most Americans are.

They love violence, it is not a right or left thing, it is all of them.

The good thing for the rest of the world is the more they fight each other the less they will fight  everyone else.

When governments resort to military force without exhausting all peaceful options first on its own cities, it’s usually seen as an abuse of power and a violation of human rights.

Whenever Trump is in riots in the streets is a normal and expected event.

It's high time to stop talking about these anarchists in the cities. Time to clear the streets with whatever it takes. In times of civil unrest the posse comitatus act can be suspended. So let's walk the walk Trump. Martial law is in order if necessary

Next step civil war.

The next step is to stop this civil war. The train station downtown can be used to lode these illegal anarchists up and take them South of the border.IMG_20250610_121112.jpg.ca6bd2d0d827e776fa1139e262ac9c8c.jpg

Trumps chief of staff Susie Wiles must be watching  him like a hawk.

“When I come home to you, San Francisco
Your golden sun will shine for me”

Tony Bennett,  if you were alive today , you wouldn’t recognize the place!

Story based on SF chronicle report

I love the West coast.  I was born there and lived in the Bay Area, San Diego, coastal Oregon, and all over Washington State in Tacoma, Seattle, Bellingham, Tri-Cities, and on the Olympic Peninsula as both a kid and as an adult.  One more time - I love the West Coast.  But it's turned into a sh*t-hole thanks to Blue State progressive liberal policies and Big Government in general.  Fishing destroyed, agriculture destroyed, manufacturing gutted, and society just turned upside down and inside out.  I left in 2007, returned to teach snow skiing for one final ski season as I'm a PSIA ski instructor, then I left for good.  And since 2008 when I bailed out, it's just gone downhill especially in Seattle.  The Bay Area and San Diego's decline and death pretty much happened in the 1990s and Seattle's demise was just a matter of time as California Blue-Bodies headed North to totally screw up what was once a fantastic place to live.

People say, "Don't Burn Your Bridges."  I've got family and friends who still live there.  But I've no desire to return.  It's a mess.

And as much as we bi*ch and complain about Thai Immigration policy, at least they understand that open-borders is a national security risk.  I mean realistically.  That attack on Russia's Nuclear Bombers?  Do you people think that's a "one off?"  With 20 to 30 million illegal aliens unaccounted for roaming free in the US, why would anyone in the right mind think that those numbers don't include cells of foreign agents who pose a direct threat to the US military assets, like the nuclear bombers in Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, and Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, as well as US nuclear plants and electricity infrastructure among a host of other military and infrastructure targets?  And how about assets to bring Color Revolution to the US homeland like the US intel agencies have done using cut-outs created by USAID and NED across the globe?  Defunct for now, but they'll be back once the Republicans lose the presidency and Congress between 2026 and 2028.  Well, unless were in a state of war with martial law declared - I don't rule that out for a moment.  There are those of you who think the US would be the safest place on Earth as its separated from the rest of the world by two oceans and Canada and Mexico to the North and South.  Don't bet on it.  If foreign enemies want to project power into the US, the Mexican border using Mexican nationals and armed Mexican cartels organized and fomented by foreign actors would be the place to begin and leveraging illegal Mexican nationals in Blue sanctuary states like California would be icing on the National Security Cake Of Disaster.  The naval infrastructure in San Diego is a ripe target for destruction using drone warfare given it's proximity to Mexico as well as the use of screaming mad illegals and Mexican nationals living the California and Southwest United States who would be happy if all of the SW US became part of Mexico again. Then there is the advance in technology - non-nuclear hyper-sonic ICBMs that can't be stopped.  Do you think that the "United States sworn enemies" aren't eventually going to transfer weapons technology to proxy agents like Latin American cartels and Mexican nationals who wish to see parts of the United States repatriated with Mexico as well as foreign agents who simply walked across the US border and disappeared into the center of the US homeland thanks to liberal progressives who help them to do so?

 "The United States is the safest place in the world!"

Don't bet on it.  Technology has changed the world.  "Ya'll ain't in Kansas anymore Toto."  I have no desire to return to what will be the center of the global "Splatter-ZoneTM" when the excrement hits the spinning propellers. I personally think the vast majority of people in the US, UK, EU, i.e., NATO countries want to have a global war.  Be careful what you wish for - I think ya'll are going to get your wishes granted fairly soon.

Me?  I'm hunkering down in rural Thailand and watching the s***-show.  This is a good enough place as any to die.
