If you scoll down to UK DWP proof of pension eligibility. you will see a running thread, mine also was not in the bank so i sent them a message their reply below

Good Morning

Thank you for contacting the International Pension Centre.

I have checked your records and can confirm a life certificate was received from you in March 2025. I can only apologise that when it was processed it did not register on your account correctly.

I have now rectified this and can ensure your form and payment have been processed. Please allow up to 9 working days for payment to appear in your account.

Yours Sincerely

Do they have your present address? They may be looking for PROOF OF LIFE.

Have your friend received your pension for the 5th June yet? No, nothing to do with proof of life.

Why is this link not working?

If "not working" means when you click on the link, nothing happens, you need to copy & paste the link into another browser window.

This was changed a while back to improve security on ASEANNOW

Mine was due 9th. Not arrived yet. Maybe Life Cert.

I phoned the 7777 number on the 16th. After going thru security was told no Life Cert, (which I never received). I explained the situation with regard to the lack of mail. I was then told that my pension would be reinstated and I would not have to send them a Life Cert. Pension arrived 21st. Hopefully this will keep them off my back for a couple of years.

BTW. I used this company to make the call.

I received an email saying the money was sent on the 26th of June. so I think it won't hit the bank till maybe Tuesday, I usually get mine on the 14th of every month.

I contacted the DWP and the said they had sent a proof of life form to my address in January 2025. Which I never received, but i received pamphlets of them in March and April, so they must have my present address. I also received a proof of life form by email, told to fill in and send back by post. I received and email on Friday saying the payment was sent on the 26th of June.
