Fake Russian Doctor Arrested in Phuket for Illegal Medical Practice

Recommended Posts

First, you try to scam everyone in your own country.  Then other countries.  Then Thailand.

I always look for a Russian doctor in Thailand.  I'm learning Thai from someone from Japan, in Bangkok.   I'm getting financial counseling from a Ukranian backpacker.

Common-sense people.

While many practicing legal doctors continue to kill thousands every year by over prescribing. This isn't to say what she did was okay. Problem is, the police can't arrest legal doctors prescribing medicines that kill patients all the time.

Very very true. As is indicated by the number of negative emojis people are obviously offended by this idea, but medical malpractice is widespread, not to mention the fact that you have doctors subscribing opioids that kill people all the time.

A lot of doctors are either incompetent or they just don't seem to care about their patient's health and put profits first.

A lot put faith in doctors and they do help some people but many times they do more damage.

She's seen Thai's do it, so she thought she would give it a try.

Where do Thais do it? Have you got a location? Or are you just telling a lie?

who is crazy enough to go to someone's freakin' APARTMENT for an injection thinking it's a medical professional?

I used to in The UK. It was an expensive  private practice.

begs to ask what she was actually injecting you with. Surely she could not have gotten real medicine like antibiotics or other types of real medicine. If she did then the police need to make arrests to the sellers of such items.

That’s the reason why I’ve found a holistic doctor,  one who has high credentials in both western medicine as well as homeopathic, TCM and Ayurdevic medicine.
It’s taken a long time to undo all the toxic actions of drugs over the years to finally start seeing the “light at the end of the tunnel”.

OK so you have first hand experience of the corrupt medical system on this planet!!!

Sorry about your wife but so many have the same story, monetary greed driven sadly!!!

Police seized 47 medical items from the premises, including syringes and various pharmaceutical products. During questioning, Viktoria admitted that she had no formal medical qualifications and was neither licensed to practise medicine nor authorised to distribute or import medication in Thailand.

Or anywhere else ?

Seems the poster was trying to express some surprise, or (let's try an emoji,  🙄) some degree of amazement at the amount of the cost.

But you have a valid point:  They have not said, explicitly.

Those weight loss injections are all the rage now in EU. You can even get them free by your doctor if you are over a certain weight. They are certified ok to use and apparently easy to inject. Then there’s hair loss injections of the B vitamins, I’ve had those. They work but have to be taken seriously over a few months. The women who have those lip filler injections, fillers, Botox, etc. Mostly done in someone’s living room. That is illegal. Has to be done by certified doctors.
