No. you are just unable to support your position, so you say I am trolling.

Would it be fairer for the business owner to keep the tips and pay the staff more?

Is it up to a strip joint to pay the strippers?

Yes, trolling. A business pays it's staff.

Do you think that when the OP author wrote: "About those jobs that "Americans won't do"....", he included Central or South Americans citizen in this category? 🤣

Worked in a lot of restaurants when still in school.  The immigrants were generally hard workers.  One time someone called in sick and I asked one of those guys to help me.  He replied "not my yob."

About two months later the manager came around asking for donations to bail him out of jail after he got arrested for driving drunk.  I told him "not my yob."

Roughly two-thirds of U.S. crop farm workers are foreign-born, and nearly half are not legally authorized to work, according to Labor Department data.

On Wisconsin dairy farms, about 70 percent of the workforce lacks legal status, a University of Wisconsin-Madison study found.

“Without farmworkers, vegetables will be left in the fields, fruit will remain unpicked, and cows will go unmilked,”American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall  said Tuesday; the group is calling on Congress to develop a permanent immigration solution.
