Depends how desperate I was for a chicken salad baguette. If it was decent (not crappy 7/11 bread roll, 3 day old lettuce, sugary mayo etc) wouldn't really want to pay more than 120-150 baht but that's not to say I wouldn't pay more.

Obviously depends on the type of establishment.

Thats cheap

sandwiches in supermarkets are 120? 139? can't remember

no way you're paying 69 baht in a restaurant.

unless maybe the prices are much cheaper in Isaan?

That does look a little like I described above. How much you paying for that?

I don't like when they heat the roll up and smear it with cheap margarine type spread. That Mayo would put me off aswell unless it was self applied from a bottle of Hellman's.

90 baht. It tasted good. Seemed fair price. They also have club sandwiches.

A good, fair price for what it was. 2 quid.

there's only one baguette for me and its 295 baht. drowing in south-west sauce

There is a reason Subway is going out of business around the world. The less discerning still go it seems.

KFC zinger burger, 69bht.

Chicken roll with salad and mayo in a sit down restaurant.

The KFC chicken looks better than the ops photo.

If it's that cheap white bread you find at every Big C, the kind that makes your stomach burp all afternoon, mayonnaise made only of sugar and flavor enhancers, bland lettuce, and Thai market tomatoes with no taste – 69 THB.

You bake your own bread using high-quality ingredients, make your own mayo or use a premium import, sweet and flavorful imported tomatoes, crisp fresh lettuce, perfectly marinated and grilled chicken – 250 THB.

how do you bake bread without an oven ?

1. Make an oven yourself if you like DYI - plenty of instructional videos out there

2. Go and buy one in Macro or homepro - they are dirtcheap

or

3. Order it online - plenty of good quality supplier, delivering all over Thailand

4. Buy the bread at Tops, Rimping, local bakery

There's no excuse, if you love bread, to buy that low quality, white bread in Tesco or Big C

It is not something I would ever order.. but If I did then I would pay the price that is on the menu I selected it from.
