OK. To note:

Matthew Kacsmaryk serves the Amarillo division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, which encompasses 26 counties in the Texas Panhandle.

Miller is not a dolt, unlike his boss. Miller is a fascist thug of the worst order. Reinhard Heydrich 2.0. His own family has spoken out against his heartless and cruel policies.

Nice that you can come here and “fill out your hurt feelings report” though you should “buy a comfort rock” you’d probably feel much better during your recovery phase.

Stephen Millers actions are legal and policy-driven, not personal violence and there's no direct evidence of Miller engaging in physical thuggery or fascist governance, you're just any angry hater who hates when Trumps MAGA team get the job done as promised and WINNING for America each and every day.

1.

Texas v. United States (DACA)

Judge: Andrew Hanen (appointed by George W. Bush)

Action: In 2021, Hanen blocked President Biden’s attempt to renew DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals).

Impact: Prevented new applicants from enrolling in the program, leaving hundreds of thousands in limbo.

Pattern: Hanen has been used repeatedly as a venue by conservative attorneys general due to his hostility toward Obama-era immigration actions.

2.

FDA Mifepristone Ruling

Judge: Matthew Kacsmaryk (appointed by Trump)

Action: In 2023, he issued a nationwide ruling suspending the FDA’s decades-old approval of mifepristone, a widely used abortion pill.

Impact: Threw into question national access to medication abortion.

Controversy: Critics said the ruling was ideologically driven, not grounded in credible medical science or precedent.

3.

Affordable Care Act (ACA) Challenges

Multiple judges, including Reed O’Connor (appointed by George W. Bush)

Action: O’Connor ruled the ACA unconstitutional in 2018 after the individual mandate penalty was set to zero.

Impact: Threatened to dismantle Obamacare entirely until the Supreme Court reversed the trajectory.

Pattern: Conservative judges repeatedly entertained ACA challenges after the law was upheld by the Supreme Court.

4.

Nationwide Injunctions Against Biden Immigration Policies

Judges: Again, many in Texas, including Kacsmaryk and Tipton (Trump appointee)

Actions: Blocked Biden’s attempts to reverse Trump-era immigration policies such as Title 42 expulsions, asylum limits, and enforcement priorities.

Venue Shopping: GOP state attorneys general often filed in districts with known conservative judges to ensure favorable rulings.

5.

Student Loan Forgiveness Programs

Judge: Mark Pittman (Trump appointee)

Action: In 2022, he ruled that Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan was unconstitutional.

Result: Helped freeze the plan before SCOTUS struck it down.

Legal Critique: Many analysts noted a lack of direct harm to plaintiffs, suggesting questionable standing but favorable ideology.

6.

COVID-19 Vaccine and Mask Mandate Challenges

GOP-appointed judges (especially Trump’s) issued multiple injunctions against Biden administration mask, vaccine, and testing mandates for:

Federal contractors

Health care workers

Private employers (OSHA mandate)

Why go to the trouble of posting facts, facts he requested? It will only be ignored because it doesn't suit his thinking.

Which is why i didn't respond.

Isnt it odd  one side predominately for socialism/ communism’s useful idiots enacting mob rule in the streets, calls the other side fascist! The elite class of oligarchs that formed the country, built a Republic for this very reason.

“The Founding Fathers were not champions of democracy. It's true that they were eager to shed a monarchical system that dated back hundreds of years, but they weren't so comfortable with democracy–or what they saw as “mob rule”–either. So a republic it was”.

But district courts should not view today’s decision as an invitation to certify nationwide classes without scrupulous adherence to the rigors of Rule 23. Otherwise, the universal injunction will return from the grave under the guise of “nationwide class relief,” and today’s decision will be of little more than minor academic interest.

PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION

Therefore, Plaintiffs ask the Court to Grant Plaintiff’s Motion for Class Certification;
certify a Rule 23(b)(2) class of “all children who have been born or will be born in the United States on or after February 19, 2025, who are designated by Executive Order 14,160 to be ineligible for birthright citizenship, and their parents;” allow the complaint to proceed on a classwide basis; and appoint counsel from the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection and the Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project as class counsel.

LOL....Trump wins often as of late, all the way back to 2016 when his greatest achievement as a political novice was beating HRC and ever since its been constant failures and butt-hurt for the democrat group of mutton-heads amidst the record of monumental Trump accomplishments, achievements and more WINNING for America. Now do Biden

I didn’t know that about Garcia!

Grok:

The post highlights a tension within the political landscape regarding the eligibility and background of elected officials, particularly focusing on Garcia's own immigration status. Garcia, born in Peru, entered the U.S. illegally before becoming a naturalized citizen, which some argue disqualifies him from holding office under constitutional requirements for congressional eligibility.

Donald Trump has abruptly terminated all trade talks with Canada over the country’s plan to roll out a digital services tax on US tech companies – a move he described as a “direct and blatant attack” on the US.

The President made the announcement in a post on Truth Social, declaring he was cutting off talks with the US’ northern neighbour “effectively immediately,” despite the two countries working to negotiate a trade deal by mid-July.

“We have just been informed that Canada, a very difficult Country to TRADE with, including the fact that they have charged our Farmers as much as 400% Tariffs, for years, on Dairy Products, has just announced that they are putting a Digital Services Tax on our American Technology Companies, which is a direct and blatant attack on our Country,” he wrote in the post.

“Based on this egregious Tax, we are hereby terminating ALL discussions on Trade with Canada, effective immediately.”

Mr Trump added that the US would inform Canada within the next seven days on the “tariff that they will be paying to do business with the United States of America”.

Canada’s digital services tax was enacted last year and forecast to bring in Can$5.9 billion (US$4.2 billion) over five years.

While the measure is not new, US service providers will be “on the hook for a multi-billion dollar payment in Canada” come June 30, according to the Computer & Communications Industry Association.

The three per cent tax applies to large or multinational companies such as Alphabet, Amazon and Meta which provide digital services to Canadians. Washington has previously requested dispute settlement talks over the matter.

The President later spoke of the decision to end talks in the Oval Office, calling Canada “foolish” for implementing the tax.

“We have all the cards. We have every single one,” he told reporters. “We don’t want to do anything bad, but they have, economically – we have such power over Canada.”

Mr Trump said he’s “rather not” use the power over Canada, but said the country “did something with our tech companies today, trying to copy Europe.”

“It’s not going to work out well for Canada,” he added. “They were foolish to do it. So I said, we’re going to stop all negotiations with Canada right now until they straighten out their act.”

Mr Trump has imposed steep levies on imports of steel, aluminium and autos.

Last week, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said Ottawa will adjust its 25 per cent counter tariffs on US steel and aluminium, in response to a doubling of US levies on the metals to 50 per cent, if a bilateral trade deal was not reached in 30 days.

“We will continue to conduct these complex negotiations in the best interest of Canadians,” Mr Carney briefly told reporters earlier today, adding that he had not spoken to Mr Trump.

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told CNBC that Washington had hoped Mr Carney’s government would halt the tax “as a sign of goodwill.”

He now expects US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer to start a probe to determine the harm stemming from Canada’s digital tax.
