False. Sedition is an act of treason against one's own nation not criticism of one's leader, though it may be considered such in North Korea, Russia or China. As far as I know America is still a democracy, though the goon appears to want to change all that, and his very fragile ego and his paper thin skin seems to be compelling him to go to great lengths in an attempt to silence his critics. 

 

And my oath of allegiance is to my nation, not to a circus clown who somehow convinced enough people to vote for him, by lying and making false promises.

Have the nuclear scientists been replaced?  I don't know how safe the process and the end result will be if the experienced and skilled specialists are not there. Yes, Iran can build something, but it can also have a catastrophe along the way. It happens under the best of circumstances, so, I don't know how it would work now.
