Particularly scathing was the criticism of Prime Minister Paetongtarn, who was labelled as “incompetent, dishonest and ethically unfit to govern”.

They do have a point... as Thaksin has made it blatantly obvious since his return that he's in charge.

So you have no idea what happens next either,  just like me and every other foreigner , that was my original comment to another member,  which you chose to reply to and contradict , implying that you were better informed than the rest of us, This reply proves you are not , you should have just agreed with me , or kept quiet.

You are correct that I don't know you, but I after spending some time on here I am quite familiar with your type

calling for Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra to step down immediately, urging coalition parties to withdraw their support and aligning themselves with the military to “defend the sovereignty of the nation”.

The Constitution requires for the democractic sovereignty of the nation through elections. If enough anti-Shinawatra coalition parties in Parliament can force and win a no-confidence vote against the PM, new elections by the electorate (registered public voters) is triggered.

There is no necessity nor Constitutional authority from the military "to defend the sovereignty of the nation” through regime change. Although in reality the military has strong "influential" political projection on election of a new PM, particularly with might be military influence over the Senate.

There is no reason for the sovereignty of the nation that the PM should resign.
