Yes I would. I have eaten Khao Soi in 20 different restaurants. Do they have Khao Soi in Isaan villages? Nope they don't :cheesy:

But they have the net to type up dots

.......

.

:cheesy:

I have no idea, I don't eat Thai or Isaan food, but, if you have to watch the pennies, I don't blame you shopping around for the cheapest.............🤗

How about the price of rice in Ubon villages? :cheesy:

I have no idea, as I don't live in an Isaan village, you must be confusing me with someone else, which in your case is understandable, eh........🤕...............🤭

Thai and Isaan food can be bought in any part of Thailand, except in 7/11 that you seem to frequent for your food.

If you know Isaan is a dump, was it the lack of 7/11's when you were last there...?  🤭

Plus, I never moved to Ubon, I have always been in the same place when I got off the plane..

Time for you to swat up on a few things, eh, but I do enjoy burying you........:clap2:

Pretty dumb statement. Ubon isnt Isaan. Isaan is a big area. Khon Kaen, Nong Khai and Udon Thani have decent restaurants.  KK has 3 or 4 places with Khao Soi. Udon has 1. NK has 2. You wouldn't know as you are a hermit. You can't even name 2 things you did in 30 days that were interesting.

Trump does not know how the stock market works, but I think you can go one step further and say he does not know how the economy works, and on a more important level he knows nothing anything about globalization and all the intricacies involved in manufacturing internationally.

There's a reason why that's taking place, there's a reason why manufacturing has shifted overseas. It didn't happen in a vacuum and that manufacturing will not return to the US, not during our lifetime. It is just a slogan and a concept that he used to very craftily deceive millions of people into voting for him.

It would appear at this point that Trump's seesaw approach to tariffs is having a dire effect on the US economy, thousands of jobs are being lost every day, the stock market is crashing (and believe me that crash has only just begun) and many countries are re-thinking their relationships with the US, realizing that the US is not the dependable ally they thought it was.

Many are avoiding visits to the US which could decimate American tourism, and many nations are likely planning their manufacturing in such a way that they are considerably less dependent on American imports, exports, and sales.

So where does that leave America in the grand scheme of things, and how badly could Trump's policies come back and bite him on his enormous butt?

In the minds of many of us Trump is grossly overestimating the importance of the US and the dependence of other nations on the US. Granted the US economy is still huge, but it's not immune to damage, it's not immune to punishment by other nations, it could start shrinking, and it's not immune to crashing.

So how is that stock market doing now, you have to be one of the biggest anti Trumpers, get a life

German buffet serves up loads of meat and desserts. 250 baht for lunch and 300 baht for dinner.

Sadly you never leave the house and have no hobbies. Everybody knows this. Nick rips you apart all the time dot boy :cheesy:

That's where it is good to be on a pension, weak USD means inflation in New York, for which I get readjusted. So I regain some, over time. Can also convert to TBD at a 31.47 rate, but thing would have to turn completely catastrophic before I do that. Hope someone will shoot the idiot, or dementia gets him.

You are correct I am very anti-Trump, for a dozen very valid reasons, perhaps I possess a greater level of clarity than many.

I happen to have a very good life, I just find that Trump is a very easy target due to his nature, his terrible policies and so much more.

Thanks to OPEC. Food inflation is higher (2.9%) compared to the end of Biden's mandate (2.5%). Remind me who promised to bring down the price of food?
