Added to this are his previous hateful statements and nazi support statements.  As I stated previously, West does not meet the conditions of a tourist visa. A tourist visa can be. denied or revoked if the visitor is;

-  considered to be a risk to the health, safety or good order of the Australian community

- fails the character test.

Kanye West fails the character test because  of his  statements and actions that;

- vilify a segment of the Australian community

- incite discord in the Australian community or in a part of it

- is a danger to the Australian community or a part of it

Minister Burke stated that " "He's (West) made a lot of offensive comments that my officials looked at again once he released [that] song,"  "The officials looked at the law and said if you're going to have a song and promote that sort of Nazism, we don't need that in Australia."
