In my opinion bar fine doesn't mean anything else than the girl leaves the bar with you, then you have to negotiate what her terms is. She don't have to do sh.. all for bar fine if she doesn't want to.

Sounds like soi 6 practices are being employed there. I would feel aggrieved had I wasted money on a couple of LDs and beers to then learn of those requirements. Just becoming a rip off and will likely not do well in that area.. just go elsewhere and take the fat bird!
