My fiance was granted her Settlement/Fiance Visa Today :o No interview!

She took all the paper work on Tuesday, heard nothing so she called them this morning and they told her to pick up her passport.

Thanks to everybody on here for the help and information especially "Scouse"

All i can say is to anyone going through now, be very thourough and provide as many details as possible, read everything you can because all the information is on here!

One last question, Should my fiance have any of her documents translated to English with a view to our marrage in December and for when we apply for settlement? thanks again

Well done, Phil.

In relation to your marriage, the registrar will want to see your fiancée's passport and the visa. If she has been married before, she will need to demonstrate that she is now free to marry, so will then also have to show her original divorce certificate and translation.

All the best,

Scouse.
