That makes no sense. If she is located in the USA, she is already imported  or landed and the tariff does not apply. In any case, prostitution services are not covered by tariffs, since they are illegal. Do you see the hookers who work Tinder and Grindr charging  state sales tax now? (Nevada brothels are exempt from sales & entertainment tax .)

No, I can understand sarcasm, and do appreciate satire. However, both forms require some semblance of intelligent thought and a plausible premise for it to work. It annoys me when the construct is so off that it can only work if the audience is stupid and clueless.
