Grab Thailand Launches Expat-Focused Perks to Boost Convenience and Loyalty

Grab Thailand is targeting the country’s growing 5.3 million expat population with new features and incentives. The ride-hailing and delivery platform introduced a One Click Translation tool supporting nine languages, easing food and service orders for non-Thai speakers, and launched the Grab Expat Pass, offering up to 2,000 baht in discounts across rides, food, groceries, and parcel delivery. Expats—mostly American, British, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese—are driving a 50% increase in orders, with fried rice and Thai tea among their top picks. Grab’s updates aim to strengthen its role in expats’ daily lives as Thailand continues to attract remote workers and retirees.
