Home Insurance for short-term tenants ?

I have been trying to purchase a Home Insurance for my condo.  I have also tried to arrange for a policy that would cover my tenants, but most insurers do not cover short-term tenants.  Accordingly, any tenancy that is less than a year is considered short-term.

Does anyone know of any insurers who are prepared to cover short-term tenants as well ?
