Seven people were injured when a school minibus crashed into the rear of a stationary lorry in Ron Phibun district on the morning of 18 August.

The crash occurred at around 08:00 on Asia Highway 41, in front of the Suan Phak petrol station. The minibus, carrying high school students and teachers from a well-known Songkhla school en route to Bangkok for a fruit-carving competition, collided with the lorry parked on the roadside.

Emergency responders, including local rescue volunteers, rushed to the scene. Among the seven injured were the driver, four students and two teachers. All were treated on-site before being transported to Ron Phibun Hospital.

Authorities said CCTV footage captured the moment the minibus struck the rear of the truck. Preliminary investigations suggest that the lorry was parked on the shoulder at the time of the collision. Police are continuing to examine the circumstances, including whether road conditions or driver error contributed to the crash.

Gee! The brain trust at work again. Simple even for these guys. You drive responsible according to the road conditions. Especially if you are transporting and are responsible for other peoples lives at the same time. There are no excuses for driving in to vehicles parked on the road-side. Of course it´s a driver error! Investigate and examine??? These guys make perfect idiots out of themselves all the time.
