COVID Vaccine Emergency Use Authorization Finally Ending

COVID Vaccine Emergency Use Authorization Finally Ending

In a post on X Wednesday afternoon, Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced that the FDA and federal government are finally ending the emergency use authorization for COVID-19 vaccines.

This is a long time coming; as Kennedy explains, emergency use authorization was used to justify a laundry list of abuses and indefensible policies. Particularly the obsessive focus on federal and corporate vaccine mandates, and the desire to force parents into getting their babies and toddlers vaccinated.

The new policy will be that all three vaccines will be only for "higher-risk individuals," including those over 65 or with elevated risk factors that could lead to more severe complications. Sanity, at last.

Most importantly, this change will limit COVID vaccines for young children. Because of the EUA, availability to children as young as 6 months old had been more widespread. But now that the EUA is removed, it reinforces that healthy children under the age of 5 do not need the vaccines, particularly with the elevated risk of side effects for younger age groups relative to the virtually nonexistent risk level for healthy children.

These changes don't undo the damage that was caused by extremist policies under the Biden administration and at a state level. But it's a first step in undoing the unnecessary policies that have been excused by an unlimited, endless emergency.

The media and their "expert" partners will be furious.

Good.

Good news**. It will not go unnoticed in Europe.

I'm often posting about our (as in humans) destiny. What is that supposed to mean?

In the short term - the next 100 years - it is our responsibility to ensure that everyone on earth has nutritious food to eat, clean water to drink, and fresh air to breathe. To achieve this things have to change from what they are now. Truth must prevail. The medical nonsense that has been with us for over 100 years - but accelerated after the FED was born in 1913 - has to be swept away.

In the longer term, we must leave this beautiful, and bountiful earth, in the best condition possible for future generations, and for the animals we share the world with.

Kennedy, has it within his remit, to play a huge part in the big picture. Both in the shorter, and longer term. In fact; he is probably the most important person in the world at the present time. Let's hope he will not let us (humanity) down.

** He can't just come out and say "viruses don't exist". But what he should do is instruct a number of respected and renowned labs, to revisit the original

'virus' experiments. They would be well funded, have independent observers and adhere to standard lab procedures, each with a control (an experiment that ran alongside but without the entity (virus). The results would speak for themselves.

Lawyer Jeff Childers in his free daily Newsletter commented on RFK jr.'s announcement on X that he’d ended the still-ongoing “Emergency Use Authorization” for the covid vaccines

This matters a lot.

Even though covid vaccines got formal approval, pharma and medical fetishists - who understand the legal consequences of that move - are totally freaking out.

And there are two very good reasons for their hysteria. First, even the new, non-EUA shot approvals greatly reduce who the FDA allows the vaccines may be prescribed for, and excludes healthy kids and adults under 65. But even more important, that means the “approved” shots will never be on the childhood vaccine schedule.

Now why does that matter?  The two ways the covid shotmakers can get liability immunity is either through EUA —now ended— or as childhood vaccines under the 1986 Act. But since the jabs aren’t indicated for kids, that avenue of protection is now also walled off.

Pfizer and Moderna know better than anybody how dangerous their shots are. They are now partly exposed to lawsuits for vaccine injuries. Partly, because the PREP Act still stands.  But it is great progress anyway.

Next, they need to go back to the pre-Covid definition of "vaccine" and pull all their liability immunity.

Let's see if Pfizer, Moderna, etc. still sell their wares if they have to stand behind the results.
