Thailand’s farming traditions are being reinvented with cutting-edge technology. You can see and purchase these creations at the Nature for Future: Agriculture + Innovation pop-up store at King Power Rangnam, open daily until September 21, 2025.

Presented by the Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with King Power, the festival showcases over 60 innovative agricultural products that blend Thailand’s rich agricultural heritage with modern technology and creative thinking.

The Agri-Innovation Fest is an invitation to support Thailand’s next wave of local entrepreneurs.

From rice to reinvention

Thailand’s famous rice has moved far beyond the bowl. At this pop-up, visitors can explore waffles and cookies made entirely from Thai rice rather than wheat flour, high in fibre, packed with prebiotics, and allergen-free.

Adding to the excitement is Thailand’s first-ever vegan rice cheese, a unique creation that has already captured the attention of food enthusiasts and wellness fans alike.

Beauty inspired by Thai herbs
Centuries of herbal knowledge are being reimagined in modern beauty solutions. Highlights include a serum infused with five traditional Thai herbs, Centella, turmeric, liquorice, onion, and aloe vera, enhanced with Japanese liposome technology to penetrate deep into the skin.
Another standout is a vegan All-in-One Intense Serum, powered by Phycocyanin from blue-green algae harvested in Kung Krabaen Bay, an ingredient claimed to rival Botox effects without the needles.
Fragrance lovers can enjoy Ayada’s natural perfumes, inspired by torch ginger and the rare Waan Sao Long herb. Once ornamental, these plants are now transformed into scents that are exotic, contemporary, and unmistakably Thai.

A taste of Thai creativity
Food aficionados will find plenty to excite their taste buds: chilli-infused coffee, tom yum-flavoured granola, and mango sauces rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene. For a more substantial experience, try the long shelf-life rice-flour noodles (also called boat noodles), infused with herbs to bring authentic Thai food straight to your kitchen.
For snacking, there are pressed coconut bites made with spray-dry technology, offering a dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free treat that is as nutritious as it is tasty.

Innovation with purpose
What ties all these products together is their connection to Thailand’s agricultural roots. By transforming local ingredients, rice, herbs, coconuts, and even natural rubber, into world-class innovations, Thai entrepreneurs are showing how tradition and technology can progress hand in hand.
This festival isn’t just about buying products; it’s about experiencing how Thailand’s agricultural legacy is shaping sustainable, stylish, and healthier goods for the future.
