September 16, 2025Sep 16 video screenshot Prosecutors have revealed that Tyler Robinson confessed to killing Charlie Kirk in a note left for his roommate, as they announced charges against him. The note, found under a keyboard, stated Robinson's intent to "take out Charlie Kirk." Text exchanges further detail Robinson's alleged motive, citing Kirk's "hatred" as the reason for the shooting. Robinson, 22, has been charged with seven counts, including aggravated murder, after Kirk was shot while speaking at Utah Valley University. The charges include felony discharge of a firearm, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and committing a violent crime in the presence of children. Robinson, arrested after a 33-hour manhunt, is set to appear in court and is currently held without bail. In a news conference, Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Gray described messages between Robinson and his roommate, who was transitioning genders. The roommate was urged to look under the keyboard, finding the note confessing to the crime. Mr Robinson's alleged confession was not initially given to the police, and he has yet to plead in court. Gray outlined Robinson's capture, stating his family played a crucial role. Robinson was found at his family home after his parents recognised him from a video. His father persuaded him to surrender despite Robinson expressing suicidal thoughts. Prosecutors have declared their intent to seek the death penalty due to the seriousness of the charges. September 18, 2025Sep 18 Mentally unstable, psychologically challenged, not properly embedded in society and hence an outcast - I hear the defense talking already. He'll be handed down 12 times life sentence of 50 years, in total 600 years. Parole hearing in five years latest and out on probation. Unless, of course, some brain medics brabble some mental issues, off to the clinic for the time being and released on grounds, that the prayers at Lourdes or Fatima were heard and the poor, pool little fellow got mysteriously healed. We all heard that, stay tuned for more. While it is a most difficult challenge in many cases to prove guilt, once it is clear as spring water then it's off to the chamber. You cannot have your cake and eat it. What makes this particular case most despicable is the fact, that - in a country like the US with proclaimed freedom-of-speech philosophy - a young fellow is shot over what he says. While this might be "legal" in other countries with more sand, it certainly cannot be tolerated in a First World country. If it was indeed him, rid the society and the tax payer of him - once and for good!

You should try it. You have only seen a few clips and "quotes".

AI quickie: There are allegations that Robinson's boyfriend withheld a confession, but this does not align with the available information regarding the charges against Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the Charlie Kirk murder case. Robinson is charged with murder and obstruction of justice for actions including concealing the firearm, disposing of clothing, and instructing his roommate to delete messages and stay silent, not for his boyfriend withholding a confession. While Robinson made what appeared to be a confession online, including a message to his roommate about a hidden item, his boyfriend was not charged with obstructing justice by withholding a confession.

If you read the text exchange Tylor Robinson wrote "look under my keyboard". This means the confession note was a piece of paper. This paper was destroyed. Only after review of the text messages was it clear that this note was left. Twiggs must have destroyed it and did not mention it out of himself. How is this not obstruction?

September 19, 2025Sep 19 Why are we not hearing a lot more about Lance Twiggs? He is supposedly a furry trans freak boyfriend of a killer. How come the media coverage of Twiggs is so positive? How come no news vans camping outside his house for days? Lance Twiggs was most likely the cause of Robinson's radicalization. If he gets away scott free just for shopping his boyfriend where is the justice?

How many people do you know who shoot engraved bullets in self defence? Mangioni did. This is an assassination thing, killers with a political motive engrave bullets. Nobody who uses a gun in self defense ever shot an engraved bullet. Lance Twiggs saw Robinson engraving bullets, as per the text exchange ("Do you remember me engraving the bullets") and Twiggs supposedly never asked his boyfriend why he was engraving bullets? How does any of this make sense? He must have known beforehand. Just because he talks to the police he gets let off completely? He's not even been arrested.

September 19, 2025Sep 19 3 minutes ago, Yellowtail said: How many years do they have to charge him again? The statute of limitations for conspiracy to commit murder varies by jurisdiction; in the U.S, on a federa level, it is typically 10 years for most conspiracies to commit a felony, but some states have no limits for serious felonies like conspiracy to murder. Would have to check Utah.

It's not clear if Twigg's involvement was only in radicalizing Robinson. The investigation is ongoing and we'll have to see what Twiggs actuallly did. He destroyed a confession note and did not mention it to police, so he should face obstruction charges which carry 20 years maximum.

So if that is the charge then they have unlimited time. If he's just charged with obstruction of Justice, the statute of limitations in Utah is 4 years.

Yes, a whole thread about it. Now it looks more and more as if the trans angle was even more relevant than the leftist ANTIFA angle, though of course all are relevant.

September 19, 2025Sep 19 Updated Sep 17, 2025 -- Robinson’s roommate told police about a note left by Robinson under the keyboard, which read, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.” Police say they found a photo of the note. In the court filing, prosecutors described the roommate as “a biological male who was involved in a romantic relationship with Robinson.” Robinson’s roommate provided their text messages to police, according to the documents. https://edition.cnn.com/2025/09/16/us/text-message-tyler-robinson-roomate-vis

Twiggs could not escape talking about the note then.

There’s much more. I’d stop digging if I were you. I love digging, do you? The exact quote was...“If I see a Black pilot, I’m gonna be like, ‘Boy, I hope he’s qualified’”, But its taken out of context on purpose to make it look racist and its not, fooled you though? To put it in context... Kirk’s stated aim was to criticize DEI initiatives, not Black individuals. He argued that race-based hiring could lead passengers to question competence, regardless of the pilot’s actual qualifications. He tied this to broader concerns about safety in aviation, citing FAA “close calls” in 2023 and alleging lowered standards under diversity mandates. Kirk’s focus was on DEI policies, which he believes erode meritocracy. He’s made similar comments about hiring in other fields (e.g., surgeons, firefighters), emphasizing skills over skin color. For example, in a 2021 X post, he wrote: “I want the best pilot, not the most diverse pilot.” The quote reflects a hypothetical passenger reaction shaped by distrust in systems prioritizing diversity quotas, not a personal attack on Black pilots’ abilities.

Great explanation. I just want to say one thing, this shooter, was by all accounts blessed with high academic achievements. But he did not figure out that his text messages would be seen? OR did he know his text messages would be recovered, and they were specifically designed to exonerate his trans lover?
