Macrons to Present Scientific Proof Brigitte Is a Woman

In a US court, Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron will present evidence to refute Candace Owens' assertion that Brigitte was born male. The French presidential couple is launching a defamation suit against Owens, a prominent right-wing influencer, who insists on her controversial allegations despite a lack of credible evidence. Owens' legal team is requesting the case's dismissal.

The legal confrontation follows earlier legal actions in France, where the Macrons initially won a defamation case against bloggers Amandine Roy and Natacha Rey. However, this ruling was overturned on appeal based on freedom of expression, not factuality. The current lawsuit filed by the Macrons in the US argues that Owens ignored trustworthy evidence while promoting conspiracy theories.

Tom Clare, the Macrons' lawyer, shared with the BBC that Brigitte has found the situation “incredibly upsetting” and a distraction for President Macron. They confirmed that they will introduce scientific testimony and photographic documentation to affirm the falseness of the allegations, although no specifics were provided. Despite her discomfort, Brigitte is resolved to clear her name publicly.

Owens, with a large social media following, has asserted she would stake her reputation on her claims. The allegations, originally stemming from fringe online spaces and a 2021 video, have persisted, and Owens maintains her statements are protected by free speech.

Emmanuel Macron emphasised the need to defend his family’s honour, criticising Owens' actions as ideologically driven and harmful. Owens' lawyers are contesting the case’s location in Delaware, citing financial and operational burdens, given her businesses are based there.

Key Takeaways:

  • Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron will present evidence in a US defamation case against Candace Owens.
  • Allegations claim Brigitte was born male; this follows previous French legal battles on similar claims.
  • Owens' legal team is seeking case dismissal, citing jurisdiction issues and financial strain.

Candace Owens is American.

The old "cheese eating surrender monkeys" epithet, whilst gratuitously offensive was much less insidious than these baseless, personal, and essentially politically motivated attacks.

It may be a fact that President Macron chose to marry an older woman. One could of course ponder on another President who appears to favour significantly younger women!

The previous case brought in France was overturned on appeal, not on the facts but because of "concerns" over freedom of speech. Natacha Rey, on whose behalf the courts found in favour of "freedom of speech" is such a passionate supporter  of such freedoms that she is reported to have applied for asylum in Russia!

Are you french? It would explain alot

Has the left finally decided on the definition of a woman?

  • Popular Post

Well a simple ultrasound scan showing all the usual female parts would certainly get the detractors to shut up

If you can prove you have the 'full suite' of female organs then that's it - definitive proof.

For the less enlightened I'm talking of the womb, ovaries and fallopian tubes.....

No, I am English.

I speak French, ( not bilingual  but fluent), I have worked in France and with the French, and have a liking for the country, whilst of course respecting the tradition that they have been "best of enemies" for nearly 1200 years.

Cultural nuances which I doubt most on the American right would understand!

Pompous bastard aren't I

Oh Lord, this has turned into a cock waving contest. 😕

Vitriol from Candace Owens triggered vitriol in related comments in this forum.

People just love vitriol...

I wonder if they will also explain how she groomed her 15 year old student, Emmanuel, while being his 39 year old teacher.

I believe that is abuse of a position of trust at the very least, quite possibly something much more serious.

As for Brigitte being a man, I have no idea. But I've never seen her and Ian Brown in the same room together.

Hopefully, the Macron's case will not be dismissed on a legal technicality.

If Owens isn't able to supply any evidence to support her libellous claims, hopefully  she will have a very large financial penalty to pay.

Macron is not doing himself any favors, why would he stoop so low as to a defamation suit against a troll.

I don't recall lawsuits from Obama for the "Big Mike" trolling, Trudeau for all the claims he is the spawn of Fidel Castro, etc ... he's a weak leader, too emotional.

DNA tests and other evidence can be "altered" in such

a high profile case.

I wouldn't trust it.

  • Popular Post

What a cock & bull story.

  • Popular Post

Nothing short of watching him pork her on camera with a live ultrasound and Xray hooked up to the cam feed along with independent DNA testing will make me believe this Planet of the Apes thing is a woman.

I don't understand why he feels it necessary to prove anything.

I can understand your sentiments but, on the other hand, why should people such as Owens be able to publish potentially libellous content with complete and utter contempt for the truth, or care for any distress that they may cause?

Good luck to the Macrons with this case.

What about Camilla?

Brigitte Macron has given birth to three children.

While I understand transgender men can give birth, I very much doubt they would want to repeat the experience twice. Unless they were masochists.

No surprise you'd side against the black woman to protect the white elites.

Misogynoir is alive and well in Liberal circles as Harry showed.

IIRC the debate there is about her similarity to a horse.

What's "the truth" in this case that you seem to be suggesting you have knowledge about?

You know what would be even more conclusive?  A simple blood test.  It's either XX or it's XY.

An ultrasound would show the current configuration of the "parts" and still leave doubts over whether they have been surgically removed.

The champion of the minorities to the rescue😂 What next from you? A post outlining the positive attributes of Islam?

For the record, my feelings towards Owens have nothing to do with her race, sex, religion, political inclination or any other personal attribute. If she has concrete evidence to support her claim, then she has nothing to worry about. On the other hand, if she is simply throwing around libellous comments like confetti then I hope that she suffers significant financial pain.

(Have you seen anyone about your obsession with Harry yet?)
