Does anybody know this stuff?

It works,  that's why I am suspicious - maybe they add Sibutramin or other  shyteScreenshot_20250923-233801_LINE.jpg.d679afee73a2e59b112286abf04855e7.jpg

I can't address the properties of this medicine, but I can certainly tell you how you can suppress your appetite without it.

One of the main triggers signalling the body to eat is the drop in blood sugar. If you can maintain a steady level in the body, the body will not call for food all the time.

The best way to keep those blood sugar spikes from happening is to stop giving the body sugars and starches. After 2-3 days without them, the body stops telling you its hungry. You just get mild reminders that it may be meal time, but you're not watching the clock waiting for it. You actually find yourself eating smaller meals because you just aren't that hungry anymore!
Sound odd, but it works.

True, and also I've been eating 4-5 meals a day for 50 years, and only after 65 have I put on a tad extra fat. Not much but more than I had before, along with not eating any junk food at all, and only splurging on an occasional pizza, which isn't bad especially if you only east 2-3 slices. If your body gets a small constant amount of food, you won't store much and will maintain a normal weight easier.

Can't say that either the before or after seemed particularly appealing.   From their Shopee site via google lens -- at best it has no effect at all.
