Hi all

I have received a payment through interac e from somebody in Canada. Does anybody know if there is any way to get the cash in Thailand. I have no Canadian accounts, although there don't appear to be any Canadian banks in Thailand anyway.

There is no chance. Interac only works with Canadian banks.

 

Even if there were canadian banks in Thailand (Scotia Bank used to have a branch) it still wouldn't work.

 

 

I read that I might be able to send the payment to a Wise account?

Do you have a wise account? In any case I think that wouldn't work as wise interac is set up as autodeposit. The sender would need to cancel the payment and send another one after you set up wise interac autodeposit.

I do. I just need to verify it again for some reason.

Maybe I can do it after all
